When and Where?

 
Mondays, Dec. 12th - Jan 30 (8 weeks) 20:00-22:00+ Tel Aviv and on Zoom Classes are live on zoom group video call If you miss a session, recordings will be available to download the next day.
Cost: 400₪ Registration Fee + Dāna Donation (click the arrow for explanation)
The course is offered in the Dāna tradition with a registration fee. Dāna is the Pali for giving, unconditionally, not as a payment or trade.
The registration fee is 400₪ and covers fixed expenses and ensures your place in the course.
In addition students will be asked to offer support for the teacher through additional donations if they desire and according to their ability.
If the registration fee prevents you from joining the course please contact me directly, there is no reason lack of funds should prevent you from joining.

About the Teacher

Shlomi Mir is a Mindfulness Teacher, Coach, and Product Manager focusing on applying awareness and insight to the goals and challenges of daily life.
He creates experiences and products that help people grow and discover freedom, including meditation and well being apps.
He holds a Masters Degree in Human Computer Interaction HCI, has completed MTTC Mindfulness Teacher Training, and is training to become a Mindfulness Based Psychotherapist.
